These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of firstclas-limo.com and any chauffeur transportation service booked with First Class Limo LLC (“First Class Limo,” “we,” “us”). By requesting a quote, making a reservation, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings and reservations

• Reservations are made through our booking platform at book.mylimobiz.com, by phone at (615) 600-2073, or via our contact/quote forms.
• Quoted pricing is based on the trip details provided (pickup/drop-off, vehicle type, duration, passenger count). Additional fees may apply for extra stops, wait time beyond the agreed grace period, or changes to the original itinerary.
• We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially for weddings, prom, and event dates, to guarantee vehicle availability.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and rescheduling terms (including any applicable notice period or cancellation fee) are confirmed at the time of booking. Please contact dispatch as early as possible at (615) 600-2073 if you need to cancel or change a reservation.

Passenger conduct and vehicle use

• Passengers are expected to treat vehicles, chauffeurs, and staff with respect. We reserve the right to end a trip without refund in cases of illegal activity, violence, or deliberate damage to a vehicle.
• Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Damage caused by a passenger (including cleaning fees for spills, stains, or illegal substances) may be billed separately.
• Seatbelt use and applicable Tennessee passenger safety laws apply to all riders.

Liability

First Class Limo LLC maintains commercial auto insurance and licensed, background-checked chauffeurs. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or airport/flight delays, though we monitor flight status for airport transfers and adjust pickup timing accordingly.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
