Nashville is the bachelorette capital of the country for good reasons: a compact downtown, live music at every hour, and enough to do within forty minutes to fill a long weekend. The part that goes wrong is moving ten people between those things. This itinerary is built around one decision, a private 14 passenger Sprinter with a chauffeur for the key blocks of the weekend, and it works for groups of eight to fourteen.
Friday: arrive together
Flights land at different times, but most groups can cluster into one or two arrival windows. Give dispatch every flight number and the Sprinter meets each wave at BNA, flight tracked, with room for everyone's luggage. Downtown and the Gulch are about fifteen minutes from the airport. Check in, change, and keep Friday night simple: dinner somewhere walkable from where you are staying, then a first look at Lower Broadway. No driver needed if you are staying downtown.
Saturday morning: murals and brunch
Book the Sprinter from late morning. Start in the Gulch for the wings mural, then 12 South for the "I Believe in Nashville" wall, coffee, and the shops along the avenue. Both neighbourhoods are short drives apart but awkward for a big group on foot or in several cars, and parking in 12 South on a Saturday is slow. The chauffeur drops you at each stop and circles back when you text.
Saturday afternoon: out of the city
Pick one: Arrington Vineyards, about thirty-five minutes south, for wine on the hill with a picnic; or a distillery visit in Nashville or out toward Leiper's Fork. This is the block where a driver matters most, because nobody has to stay sober for the drive back and the whole group is in one vehicle with the playlist of your choice. Reserve tastings ahead for a group your size; the driver handles the timing.
Saturday night: Broadway, with an exit plan
Back to change, then dinner and the honky-tonks. Broadway itself is walkable, so use the Sprinter for the ride in and, more importantly, the ride home. After midnight on a Saturday rideshare prices downtown surge and ten people means three cars. Agree a pickup corner a block or two off Broadway and a time, and the chauffeur will be there. If you prefer an open-air party vehicle for a lap of downtown, that is a separate, specialised service; we provide enclosed luxury Sprinters and SUVs.
Sunday: brunch and departures
A late brunch near where you are staying, then the airport. One Sprinter run if flights are close together, two if they are spread out. Everyone gets to the terminal with their bags and nobody has to return a rental car.
How to budget the driver
Sprinter vans are $175 to $195 per hour, and bookings are hourly so the vehicle stays with you. A typical weekend uses three blocks: airport arrival, a Saturday block from late morning through the winery, and a Saturday night drop-off and pickup. Split across twelve people it is one of the smaller line items of the weekend, and it removes the designated driver problem entirely. Airport transfers are quoted flat. Dispatch will price your exact plan in one call.
Booking tips
- Spring and fall weekends book out first. Reserve the Sprinter when you book the house.
- Send the plan in writing: addresses, times, headcount. It becomes the chauffeur's schedule.
- Name one point of contact who is not the bride.
- Build thirty minutes of slack into Saturday. Groups of twelve do not move quickly.
