Arrington Vineyards transportation
First Class Limo provides chauffeured transportation to Arrington Vineyards from downtown Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro and the rest of Middle Tennessee. Winery bookings are hourly, so the vehicle and chauffeur stay through the afternoon instead of dropping you and leaving, hold the bottles you buy, and take everyone home together.
- Up to 6 guests: Cadillac Escalade, GMC Denali or Lincoln Navigator at $125 per hour, or a Chevrolet Suburban or Ford Expedition at $95 per hour.
- 7 to 14 guests: a 14 passenger Sprinter at $175 to $195 per hour.
- Bachelorette, birthday and corporate afternoons: tell dispatch the rest of the day’s plan and it goes into one written schedule.

Planning your visit
Arrington Vineyards sits in the hills of Williamson County, about thirty-five minutes south of downtown Nashville, and it is the single most popular half-day trip out of the city for groups. The reason is simple: it is beautiful, you can stay for hours, and the format suits a bachelorette party, a birthday or a corporate afternoon equally well.
Getting there
From downtown the drive runs I-65 South to the Cool Springs exits, then east on Highway 96 through the countryside, roughly thirty-five minutes without traffic and closer to fifty during the weekday evening rush. From Murfreesboro it is about forty minutes across Highway 96, and from Franklin or Brentwood twenty to twenty-five.
What the day actually looks like
You buy tastings or bottles and settle on the lawn, in a pavilion or at a table. People stay for two to four hours. This is a place to spend an afternoon, not to stop in for twenty minutes, and it is worth planning the rest of the day around that.
Picnics, yes. Your own alcohol, no.
Bringing food is part of the experience, and most groups arrive with a cooler and a blanket. Bringing your own wine, beer or spirits is not permitted, which is standard for a winery. Check the current rules on the vineyard’s own site before you pack, since policies on tables, tents and reserved areas change by season.
Music in the Vines and weekend crowds
Live music weekends draw the biggest crowds of the year, and the lawn fills early. If you want a good spot, arrive when they open rather than mid-afternoon. If you want a quiet visit, go on a weekday. Either way, check the events calendar before you set the date, because a music weekend changes the character of the visit completely.
Groups and parking
Parking is the practical constraint. A group of twelve arriving in four cars takes four spaces on a day when the lot is full, and the group then has to find each other. One vehicle solves both problems, and it also means the person who normally drives gets to taste. For groups of eight or more this is the main argument for booking transportation rather than a comfort argument.
Combining it with the rest of the day
Arrington pairs naturally with lunch or dinner in downtown Franklin, fifteen minutes away, or with a distillery stop in Leiper’s Fork. A common shape for a bachelorette Saturday is murals and brunch in Nashville, the vineyard in the afternoon, then back to change before Broadway in the evening.
